Requirements

Graduates of a 2 year diploma in Journalism with a minimum B average (3.0) may apply for advanced standing into the Bachelor of Public Relations degree. Applicants must attend an interview and successfully complete a writing assignment. Once they are sent an invitation, applicants must successfully complete a Fall bridging semester (selection of courses from Levels 1 and 3). Upon completion of this semester, students join Year 2 Winter semester (Level 4) of the Bachelor of Public Relations degree.

Program Residency Requirement

Cancellation Policy

All Conestoga pathways will have a default review date of three years from the date of implementation. Pathways may have a shorter review date if substantive curriculum changes are made to either the sending or receiving program. Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any change or notice of termination will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the terms of the transfer pathway in effect at the time of their enrollment.
