Requirements

Students who are admitted to Niagara College’s Hospitality - Hotel and Restaurant Operations program and have successfully completed the first year of an Ontario College Hospitality Management-Food and Beverage diploma program at a participating college will be granted advanced standing into year two of Niagara College’s Hospitality - Hotel and Restaurant Operations program.  Students admitted to the Hospitality - Hotel and Restaurant Operations program under this pathway will be able to complete the diploma program within one year of study at Niagara College. Food and Beverage students transferring to the Hospitality - Hotel and Restaurant Operations program will be required to obtain credit in Accommodation Operations Management (HOTL1519) or equivalent.

This agreement is effective from March 20, 2013 and shall be reviewed in five years or sooner if substantive changes are made to the curricula of either program. Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any change or notice of termination will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the terms of the transfer pathway in effect at the time of their enrollment.
