Program Transfer Search

Students will receive 19 transfer credits toward this 4-year degree. 

Graduates of the 2-year Behavioural Science diploma program with a GPA of 70% or higher are eligible for advanced entry into semester 5 of the Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology degree in the fall after completion of the following bridge courses in the summer term:? BBP399 (with a minimum grade of 2.5) and one Liberal Studies option (with a minimum grade of 2.0)

How to apply:

Domestic students will be required to submit an application via Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS) and select “degree completion” as their entry semester.  Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

International students will apply to the degree via Seneca’s International Student Web Application, and follow up with their Admissions Advisor regarding their pathway eligibility.  The student will need their Seneca application confirmation number when they reach out to their advisor.  Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

Bridging

Students are required to complete a summer bridge term that includes the following courses:

BP399 - Building Analytical Skills: ABA (minimum GPA of 2.5 required)
One Liberal Studies Option (minimum GPA of 2.0 required)

Upon completion of the bridge term, students will move into semester 5 of the degree in the Fall term. 

Program Residency Requirement

Students are required to complete 2 bridge courses, plus 21 core courses, plus 1 work integrated learning term.

This agreement is effective from the date at which the program was approved, and the pathway shall be reviewed annually to reflect any changes that are made to either programs curriculum.  Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any pathway changes will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the transfer pathway in effect at the time of enrollment.
