Course Equivalencies Granted

After completing year two of their Brock studies, eligible Honours BA Political Science students will transfer to Seneca College's Paralegal (Accelerated) diploma program.  Upon successful completion of all requirements of the Paralegal (Accelerated) program curriculum, students will return to Brock for their 4th year, and will be granted 5 Brock elective credits (based on studies completed at Seneca).  These additional credits will include 2 first-year Social Science elective credits, and 3 second-year Social Science elective credits.

 

 

Requirements

Upon successful completion of their second year of studies at Brock University, students pursuing the Honours BA in Political Science with a minimum major average of 70% and a minimum overall average of 70% may apply to Brock to change their major to include Seneca College's Paralegal (Accelerated) diploma program. 

Brock students will be required to apply to the Paralegal (Accelerated) program at Seneca College after they complete year-two of their studies at Brock.

Cancellation Policy

This agreement will come into effect on September 1, 2019 for a period of six years, and may be renewed upon mutual agreement.  The agreement may be terminated by either partner provided a minimum of two academic years of written notice is provided to the other party.  The agreement will be reviewed by the parties after each academic year.
