Program Transfer Search

Students beginning studies in the Science Pre-University Diploma program since Fall 2022 will receive the following 5.0 transfer credits:

• 0.5 BIOL 1030H - Foundations of Cellular and Molecular Biology
• 0.5 CHEM 1000H - Introductory Chemistry
• 0.5 CHEM 1010H - Introductory Chemistry II
• 0.5 MATH 1110H - Calculus I: Limits, Derivatives and Integrals
• 0.5 MATH 1120H - Calculus II: Integrals and Series
• 0.5 PHYS 1001H - Introductory Physics I
• 0.5 PHYS 1002H - Introductory Physics II
• 0.5 unassigned Biology credit at the 1000 level
• 1.0 unassigned English Literature credit at the 1000 level

Transfer credits for students who began studies in the Science Pre-University Diploma program prior to Fall 2022 will be assessed on a course-by-course basis.

To qualify for the block of transfer credits, students must have:

• Successfully completed the Science Pre-University Diploma at a CEGEP institution;
• A minimum overall average of 75%.

Bridging

Students pursuing majors for which introductory credits are not provided through the transfer credit block may be encouraged to complete courses in the term prior to entering Trent full-time. Consultation with an academic advisor is strongly encouraged. (http://trentu.ca/advising).
