Students beginning studies in the Recreation, Sport and Leisure Diploma program since Fall 2024 will receive the following 7.0 transfer credits: 

0.5 KINE 2002H – Kinesiology 2: Exercise Physiology 

0.5 KINE 3002H – Introduction to Injury Management 

0.5 UNIV 1004H – Reflective Writing and Critical Engagement 

0.5 WRIT 1001H – Write in Time 
0.5 unassigned Biology credit at the 1000 level 
0.5 unassigned Business Administration credit at the 1000 level 

1.0 unassigned Business Administration credit at the 2000 level 
0.5 unassigned Kinesiology credit at the 2000 level 
1.0 unassigned Arts credit at the 1000 level 
1.0 unassigned Science credit at the 1000 level 
0.5 unassigned Science credit at the 2000 level 

Transfer credits for students who began studies in the Recreation, Sport and Leisure Diploma program prior to Fall 2024 will be assessed on a course-by-course basis

To qualify for this agreement, students must have: 

• Successfully completed Loyalist College’s Recreation, Sport and Leisure Diploma; 
• A minimum overall average of 75%

Bridging

Students pursuing majors for which introductory credits are not provided through the transfer credit block may be encouraged to complete courses in the term prior to entering Trent full-time. Consultation with an academic advisor is strongly encouraged. (http://trentu.ca/advising).
