Program Transfer Search

Students beginning studies in the General Arts and Science – University Profile Diploma program since Fall 2021 will receive the following 7.0 transfer credits:

0.5 PHIL 1000H – Introduction to Philosophy: Knowledge and Reality
0.5 SOCI 1002H – Introduction to Sociology II: Exploring Social Life
0.5 SOCI 2151H – Researching Social Life 
0.5 unassigned History credit at the 1000 level

0.5 unassigned Philosophy credit at the 1000 level 
0.5 unassigned Sociology credit at the 2000 level 
0.5 unassigned Science credit at the 1000 level
2.0 unassigned Arts credits at the 1000 level;
1.5 unassigned Arts credits at the 2000 level

Transfer credits for students beginning studies in the General Arts and Science – University Profile Diploma program prior to Fall 2021 will be assessed on a course-by-course basis. 
 

To qualify for this Agreement, students must have:
• Successfully completed Sheridan College’s General Arts and Science – University Profile Diploma;
• A minimum overall average of 75% (3.3 GPA)

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
