This is a specially-designed degree completion program for graduates of acceptable international nursing diploma programs.  Students must complete 19 one-term course equivalents to qualify for this bachelor's degree. The program is offered in both full-time two-year and part-time formats; part-time students have up to seven years to complete the program.

Requirements

Applicants must be a graduate of international nursing studies with good academic standing.

 

AND must satisfy at least one of the two following criteria:

 

Applicants must be a graduate of a TMU-approved bridging program with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher, and contain no repeated courses or failures on their academic transcript. The bridging program must be completed within the past five academic years.

OR

Applicants must demonstrate proof of current registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario or in another Canadian province or territory.

Bridging

Applicants must be a graduate of a Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) -approved bridging program with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher, and contain no repeated courses or failures on their academic transcript. The bridging program must be completed within the past five academic years.

Program Residency Requirement

This is a specially-designed degree completion program for graduates of acceptable international nursing diploma programs.  Students must complete 19 one-term course equivalents to qualify for this bachelor's degree.
