Requirements

Graduates from any Ontario Business Administration Human Resources three year advanced diploma (MTCU #60223) with an overall GPA of 70 per cent or higher will be considered for admission to the four-year Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources) degree. Graduates may then complete the degree with the equivalent of two semesters  of full-time study, in addition to a spring bridging semester, plus one work extended co-op work term for 4 months (minimum 450 hours). The bridging semester consists of five courses which include:

  • Entrepreneurship and Small Business
  • Financial Management I
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Methods
  • Introduction to Canadian Government
  • Breadth elective

Admission will be based on availability in the program.

This agreement is effective from January 1, 2017 and shall be reviewed in five years or sooner if substantive changes are made to the curricula of either program. Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any change or notice of termination will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the terms of the transfer pathway in effect at the time of their enrollment.
