Requirements

The Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Culinary Management) meets industry demand by preparing students with the depth and breadth of knowledge commensurate with an honours level, undergraduate commerce degree specializing in culinary management.

Graduates of the Culinary Management program with a program GPA of 2.7 are eligible to apply to the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Culinary Management) program.  Successful completion of a bridge semester with a minimum GPA of 1.7 from May to August is required prior to entry to semester 5 of the degree program.  Apply through OCAS to H316, Semester 4.  George Brown College students who wish to apply to this program, contact The Chef School at chcastudentsupport@georgebrown.ca
