Requirements

Graduates of a 2-year Social Service Worker diploma with a GPA of 70% or higher may be considered for admission into the 5th semester of the program in the Fall term.

How to apply: 

Domestic students will be required to submit an application via Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS) and select “degree completion” as their entry semester.  Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

This agreement is effective from the date at which the program was approved, and the pathway shall be reviewed annually to reflect any changes that are made to either programs curriculum.  Student's enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any pathway changes will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the transfer pathway in effect at the time of enrollment.
