To qualify for this agreement, students must have:

- successfully completed Confederation College's Environmental Technician Diploma;
- a minimum overall average of 75%.

The Agreement will be reviewed every three years, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner's program. The Agreement may be terminated by either party with one year notice. In the event of termination, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
