Accepted students are eligible to enter into second semester standing of the program.

Resources Drilling Technician (Optional Co-op) program applicants must present one of the below academic credentials in a related field.

Undergraduate (baccalaureate) degrees in the following areas of study will be considered in the related field:

  • Environmental Studies
  • Environmental & Resource Studies
  • Geography
  • Physical Geography and Environment
  • Urban Development
• Bachelor of Arts and Science (Honours)
  • Geography
• Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours)
  • Geography
• Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management
• Bachelor of Environment Studies/Bachelor of Environment Studies (Honours)
• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Science (Honours) 
  • Animal Behaviour
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Earth Sciences 
  • Environmental Biology
  • Environmental Science
  • Geography
  • Natural Science
  • Zoology

Graduates with an Ontario College Diploma (or equivalent) or Ontario College Advanced Diploma (or equivalent) in the following areas of study will be considered in the related field:

• Environmental Technician/Technology
• Natural Environmental Technician - Conservation and Management
• Urban Ecosystem Technician

2.3—To be eligible to graduate from all certificate and diploma programs offered by the College, a student must successfully complete all courses within a program either by evaluation, exemption, or PLAR. A minimum of 25% of the required program course load must be completed through study with Fleming College.
