Exigences

To qualify for this agreement, students must have:
- successfully completed Fleming College’s Fish and Wildlife Technology Advanced Diploma program;
- a minimum overall average of 75%;
- students applying for admission to Trent's Bachelor of Education - Indigenous program are required to self-identify as First Nations, Metis or Inuit.

The Bachelor of Education - Indigenous degree is a competitive entry program. Admission to the program through the articulation agreement is not guaranteed.

  • Students pursuing the Intermediate/Senior Stream are required to fulfill teachable requirements. Transfer credits received as part of this agreement fulfill a first teachable in Environmental Science and a second teachable in Biology.
  • Students interested in completing a single major may be required to complete credits in addition to those listed above. If a single major is achieved, students will qualify for a Bachelor of Arts or Science, as well as a Bachelor of Education at the end of their studies.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
