- a minimum overall average of 75%.

*Additional notes: Graduating students who have fulfilled the requirements for the Business Administration degree may apply for the Specialization in Human Resource Management if they have successfully completed the remaining 2.5 specialization credits with a minimum grade of 65% in each, and an overall minimum average of 70%. Courses required for the specialization are marked with an asterisk (*) above. Upon successful completion of the courses associated with the Human Resource Management Specialization, students will have satisfied the course requirements for the "Certified Human Resource Professional Designation" and be eligible to write the Comprehensive Knowledge Exam. In order to take the exam, students must be an enrolled member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, which involves a monetary fee. Students are referred to the regulating body for additional information.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
