Students must complete the following 10.0 credits to fulfill requirements for the Business Administration degree with a Specialization in Accounting:

• 0.5 ADMN 2010H - Management Skills
• 0.5 ADMN 2510H - Organization Theory
• 0.5 ADMN 3121H - Intermediate Management Accounting*
• 0.5 ADMN 4030H - Strategic Management
• 0.5 ADMN 4101H - Thinking About Management
• 0.5 ECON 1250H - Introduction to Mathematics for Economics and Management
• 1.0 credit from the following:*
  • 0.5 ADMN 3700H - Investments
  • 0.5 ADMN 4300H - Financial Management II
  • 0.5 ADMN 4301H - Auditing
  • 0.5 ADMN 4302H - Advanced Management Accounting
  • 0.5 ADMN 4303H - Advanced Financial Accounting
  • 0.5 ADMN 4710H - Taxation-Corporate
• 6.0 additional credits, including:
  • At least 1.0 credit at the 3000 and/or 4000 level(s);
  • No more than 3.5 credits at the 1000 level;
  • At least 0.5 credit from the Approved Indigenous Course List.

*Additional notes: Students who have fulfilled requirements for the Business Administration degree may apply for the Specialization in Accounting if they successfully completed the remaining 1.5 specialization credits with a minimum grade of 65% in each, and a minimum overall average of 70%. Courses required for the specialization are marked with an asterisk (*) above. Students interested in pursuing the CPA designation are referred to the CPA website for more information about additional requirements. Courses listed above reflect requirements for the Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a Specialization in Accounting.
