Students who began studies in the Biotechnology Advanced Diploma program prior to Fall 2023 are encouraged to contact Trent University for information about transfer credits received as part of this pathway.
*NOTE: While students transferring through this pathway receive 7.0 transfer credits, only 4.0 transfer credits are applicable towards the degree in order to meet program requirements.

To qualify for this agreement, students must have:
- successfully completed Fleming College's Biotechnology Advanced Diploma program;
- a minimum overall average of 75%.

*Additional notes: The Compressed Nursing program is offered over 28 consecutive months (7 consecutive semesters). The Trent/Fleming School of Nursing also offers a Collaborative Nursing degree program. The Collaborative Nursing degree program is offered on a full-time basis over four years, with the option to complete studies in three-and-a-half years. Students transferring to Trent through this pathway who are interested in the Collaborative Nursing degree program will have a lightened course load but will not be eligible to fast-track through the program. The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
